主講人簡介：

Bruce E. Logan教授是美國國家工程院(NAE)院士，中國工程院(CAE)外籍院士，美國科學促進會(AAAS)、國際水協會(IWA)、水環境聯合會(WEF)和環境工程與科學教授協會(AEESP)會士，擔任了美國賓夕法尼亞州立大學能源與環境研究所所長、土木與環境工程系Stan&Flora Kapp教授以及清華大學、哈爾濱工業大學客座教授。Logan教授近年來致力于生物電化學系統、可再生能源生產、能源可持續性水基礎設施發展相關的科研，以及能源、碳排放和氣候相關的教學工作。他在《Nature》《Science》《Nature Reviews Microbiology》《PNAS》等國際頂尖雜志發表了550多篇論文 (引用超過115000次，h指數＝164; google scholar)。

Brief Introduction of Professor Bruce Logan

Dr. Bruce E. Logan is a member of the US National Academy of Engineering (NAE), an international member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE), and a fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), the International Water Association (IWA), the Water Environment Federation (WEF), and the Association of Environmental Engineering & Science Professors (AEESP). Logan is Director of the Institute of Energy and the Environment, and the Stan and Flora Kappe Professor of Environmental Engineering in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Penn State University. What’s more, he is a guest professor at several universities including Tsinghua University and Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT). He has published more than 550 papers (>115,000 citations, h-index=164; Google scholar) in leading international journals such as Nature, Science, Nature Reviews Microbiology, and PNAS. Etc.
