主講人簡(jiǎn)介：

鄧銘江，中國工程院院士，干旱區(qū)水資源及水利工程專家。1982年畢業(yè)于新疆農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)，2007年獲河海大學(xué)博士學(xué)位。曾任新疆額河建管局、水利廳總工程師18年，現(xiàn)任十四屆全國政協(xié)委員，新疆科學(xué)技術(shù)協(xié)會(huì)主席。

鄧銘江院士堅(jiān)守西北邊疆水利建設(shè)工程科技一線40年，是我國干旱半干旱地區(qū)水資源研究和水利工程領(lǐng)域的學(xué)科帶頭人和戰(zhàn)略科學(xué)家，共獲得國家科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)4項(xiàng)、新疆科技進(jìn)步特等獎(jiǎng)、何梁何利科學(xué)與技術(shù)創(chuàng)新獎(jiǎng)等6項(xiàng)主要獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)成果，2017年當(dāng)選為中國工程院院士。

Brief Introduction of Professor Deng Mingjiang

Deng Mingjiang, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, is an expert in arid region water resources and hydraulic engineering. He graduated from Xinjiang Agricultural University in 1982 and obtained his Ph.D. from Hohai University in 2007. He served as Chief Engineer at the Xinjiang Irtysh River Construction and Administration Bureau and the Water Resources Department for 18 years. Currently, he is a member of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Chairman of the Xinjiang Association for Science and Technology.

Academician Deng Mingjiang has dedicated 40 years to frontline scientific and technological work in water conservancy projects in China's northwestern border regions, establishing himself as a leading academic figure and strategic scientist in water resources research and hydraulic engineering for arid and semi-arid areas. His achievements include four National Science and Technology Progress Second Prizes, a Xinjiang Science and Technology Progress Special Prize, the Ho Leung Ho Lee Foundation Science and Technology Innovation Award, and other major honors. He was elected as a member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering in 2017.
