低碳發(fā)展的新策略--生物建造

主講人簡介

劉漢龍教授,中國工程院院士,重慶大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)委員會主任。國家杰出青年科學(xué)基金獲得者,國務(wù)院學(xué)科評議組成員,教育部科技委學(xué)部委員,水利部科技委委員,國 際 土 力 學(xué) 與 巖 土 工 程 學(xué) 會 TC303 分 會 主 席 ,《Biogeotechnics》和《土木與環(huán)境工程學(xué)報(bào)(中英文)》主編。長期從事環(huán)境巖土力學(xué)與防災(zāi)減災(zāi)工程領(lǐng)域的教學(xué)與科研工作,在高速鐵路、高速公路、高土石壩、吹填造陸(島)及巖土文物保護(hù)與修復(fù)等領(lǐng)域取得多項(xiàng)重要性成果。獲國家技術(shù)發(fā)明二等獎(jiǎng) 2 項(xiàng),國家科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng) 1 項(xiàng),國家教學(xué)成果二等獎(jiǎng) 2 項(xiàng),重慶市自然一等獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng)。獲首屆全國創(chuàng)新爭先獎(jiǎng)、何梁何利基金科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)、光華工程科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)、茅以升土力學(xué)與巖土工程大獎(jiǎng)、國際 IACMAG 協(xié)會德賽巖土大獎(jiǎng)、國家探月工程嫦娥四號任務(wù)突出貢獻(xiàn)者和重慶市科學(xué)技術(shù)突出貢獻(xiàn)獎(jiǎng)等榮譽(yù)。發(fā)表SCI高水平論文350多篇,出版中英文專著6部,主編國家和行業(yè)等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)7部。是2018-2024愛思唯爾中國高被引學(xué)者,2023-2024年科睿唯安全球高被引科學(xué)家。提出了生物建造新興學(xué)科方向,旨在通過生物材料替代傳統(tǒng)建筑材料,推動(dòng)土木工程向綠色、低碳、可持續(xù)方向發(fā)展,服務(wù)國家“雙碳”戰(zhàn)略需求,為全球建筑業(yè)提供了新的發(fā)展思路。

Brief Introduction of Professor Hanlong Liu

Professor Hanlong Liu, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and Director of the Academic Committee of Chongqing University, is recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, and member of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council. He also serves as a member of the Academic Division of the Ministry of Education’s Science and Technology Commission, a member of the Science and Technology Commission of the Ministry of Water Resources, Chair of TC303 of the International Society for Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering (ISSMGE), and Editor-in-Chief of Biogeotechnics and the Journal of Civil and Environmental Engineering (Chinese and English).With long-term dedication to teaching and research in environmental geomechanics and disaster prevention and mitigation engineering, he has achieved groundbreaking results in high-speed railways, highways, high earth-rock dams, land reclamation (island construction), and geotechnical cultural heritage preservation and restoration. His accolades include two National Technology Invention Awards (Second Class), one National Science and Technology Progress Award (Second Class), two National Teaching Achievement Awards (Second Class), and two Chongqing Natural Science Awards (First Class).He has been honored with prestigious awards such as the First National Innovation Pioneer Award, Ho Leung Ho Lee Foundation Science and Technology Progress Award, Guanghua Engineering Science and Technology Award, Mao Yisheng Geotechnical Engineering Award, Chandrakant S. Desai Medal from the International Association for Computer Methods and Advances in Geomechanics (IACMAG), Outstanding Contributor Award for the Chang’e-4 Lunar Exploration Mission, and Chongqing Science and Technology Outstanding Contribution Award.Professor Liu has authored over 350 high-impact SCI papers, published six monographs in Chinese and English, and led the development of seven national and industry standards. Recognized as an Elsevier Highly Cited Chinese Researcher (2018–2024) and a Clarivate Global Highly Cited Scientist (2023–2024), he pioneered the emerging discipline of Biogenic Construction, advocating the use of bio-based materials to replace traditional construction materials. This innovative approach advances green, low-carbon, and sustainable development in civil engineering, aligns with China’s "Dual Carbon" strategic goals, and offers transformative solutions for the global construction industry.
